PerEL 2012 is going to take place in conjunction with the 10th Annual IEEE International Conference on Pervasive Computing and Communications (PerCom 2012) in Lugano, Switzerland. Participation at PerEL 2012 requires registration for the PerCom conference, which includes the whole conference program as well as all workshops.
