We're using EDAS to handle all submissions and reviews for PerEL 2012. Preparing your paper please ensure that the manuscript:

• follows the IEEE proceedings style (two-column, 10pt Times, single-spaced)
• is not longer than 6 pages (including figures, tables, references, and so on)
• is blinded for review (no author details in header, text, and references)
